The Stakeholder Engagement Map and Annual Action Plan are planning documents which will help guide the actions and initiatives of the Gold Coast RJC over the next two years.

The Gold Coast Regional Jobs Committee (RJC) helps connect local businesses, jobseekers, community groups and government. Its role is to support people into jobs and help employers find the skills they need. This Stakeholder Engagement Map shows the key government, business and community organisations on the Gold Coast that are involved in jobs, training and workforce planning. Using this map, the Gold Coast RJC will clearly identify who is active in the region and work out the best ways to connect and collaborate with them to support local jobs and skills.
The Annual Action Plan sets out the practical, local actions the Gold Coast Regional Jobs Committee (RJC) is taking to support jobs, skills and workforce needs across the region. The Gold Coast RJC works with employers, training providers and community partners to design and deliver solutions that respond to real workforce challenges faced by local businesses and jobseekers. As economic conditions and government priorities change, the RJC remains flexible and ready to adjust its approach to make sure support stays relevant and effective. Progress on the actions and initiatives in this plan are reviewed and updated every quarter, and after each Gold Coast RJC meeting.
