Inclusive Employment Australia is a specialist disability employment program. It helps people with disability, an injury or a health condition to prepare for, find and keep a job.

You’ll get tailored support based on your needs. This may include:

• training and qualifications

• improving interview skills
• trying work experience or work trials.

Once you find a job, your provider can support you to:

A variety of support is available through Parent Pathways. Depending on what you want to achieve, you could access:

• choice of programs and activities to support you to achieve your goals
• practical financial help
• support to take part in training
• help to get you job ready.

The WorkFoundations program offers paid work placements for eligible participants for up to 6 months. It's designed to help you:

• build workplace skills and confidence
• get real work experience in a supportive environment
• secure ongoing employment.

Volunteering can help you develop skills such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving. You’ll get hands-on experience that will help your job search and benefit your community.

Work for the Dole is a work-like experience program that can help you gain skills and confidence to support you into work. Work for the Dole is one of several activities you can do to meet your activity requirement. You’ll also earn points towards your monthly points target.

To take part in Work for the Dole, you must:

• be 18 years or over
• receive a Centrelink payment
• be registered with Workforce Australia Services and receiving support from a provider.

Observational work experience refers to short-term, unpaid placements in an organisation. You’ll observe others working to build workplace skills and gain a better understanding of the workplace.
