The event is themed “Connect and Collaborate: Bringing careers practitioners together to share challenges and shape solutions”, and will bring together professionals from across schools, VET, Higher Education, International education, as well as RTOs and private practice. The aim is to strengthen cross-sector connections, encouraging collaborations. and identifying practical opportunities to better support students throughout their study and career journey — and of course, have some fun along the way!

Multicultural Employment Expo

Explore new opportunities, connect with leading employers, and take the next step in your career. Following the outstanding success of last year’s event, which featured 53 stallholders and attracted over 1,000 job seekers, the Multicultural Employment Expo (MEExpo) is returning even bigger in 2026.
This year, host MCCGC will welcome 75 to 80 stallholders and an estimated 1,300 job seekers from the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
MEExpo 2026 will offer a variety of employment support services and mini-workshops, including:
- Resume and cover letter writing
- Interview preparation
- How to use AI in your job search
- And much more!
Employers are invited to submit Expressions of Interest to participate as stallholders.
